How To Ride

  • FLAG STOPS

Anywhere along the color-coded route maps a passenger can throw their hand up to get the bus to stop. Make sure you are standing in a safe, open area on the sidewalk. The driver will stop as close by in the safest manner to pick you up. Be sure to have your fare, bus pass or day pass ready upon entering the bus.

  • DEVIATIONS

Vehicles will deviate up to ¾ of a mile off the routes to pick up passengers at the curb of their origin or destination upon request. Requests for deviations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling dispatch at 304-894-8917 between 7:00am and 8:00pm Monday through Friday. All passengers are eligible to request deviations. Refer to Fare Chart for fee details. Click Here For More Info

  • BIKE RACKS

Each bus is equipped with a bike rack that holds two bikes per bus. It is the responsibility of the passenger to load/unload your bike.

  • LOST & FOUND

Each day, drivers pick up articles left on their buses and turn them in to the office. Perishable items of any kind will not be placed into the lost and found. Please call the main office at if you think you left something on a bus. Lost items that are recovered are retained for no more than 30 days.
